Default Anyone with aluminum heads
Anyone running aluminum heads with roller rockers while using stock height valve covers?If so what brand heads and rockers you got?

you can use 1.6's, its 1.7's that usually have clearance issues

ya well i heard that i can use 1.7s with gt40xs if i cut out the baffles, any other head i could use 1.7s with?

Edelbrock RPM heads with 1.6 crane rockers and they clear easily.

I'm running AFR 165s with 1.7 Crane Cobra RRs and stock Cobra valve covers, no problems.

I have afr 165's with frpp 1.7 rrs. I just took the baffle out of the passenger side valve cover and used a double thick gasket. The baffle just unbolts. Stock 5.0 valve covers.

I have AFR 165's with Scorpion 1.6rr, no problems with the baffel removed. (I removed the baffel when I had the stock heads and 1.7 FRPP rollers)
