alternator upgrade
i have a 89 5.0, what are my upgrade 0ptions i heard a 94-95 3g fits mine exactly part for part and is like 130 amps vs. whatever mine is, is this true? if not what other upgrades are there that bolt right up?

3g one wire is very nice, instead of having wires runnin to a resistor and all the other crap, a one wire alternator has everything built int, the ONLY wire coming out of i is a positive wire that u tie into the + cable of the battery
