The Code Scanner is giving me Code 15when not running with Key On)

Failure in the Electronic Control Assembly Keep Alive Memory


Also wont let me retrieve any codes when the car is running.


My mods are below...it also has a SCT Eliminator Chip...

Car has been running like crap lately..one second it runs great and the next it runs like crap. It is going to get tuned next Friday but I have to figure this out first...sometimes I can shut the car off and restart and then it will run right again.

Any suggestions....Thanks

Aftermarket chips will oftenresult in a code 15....pull the chip, you can pull the codes.

Ya just called the tuner and he said to check the connections and make sure they are all real clean. That can cause it to run wierd he claims.

So try pulling the codes with the Chip out??

It did give me two other codes as well, but they were AC ones---I eliminated the AC.

pull the chip..I get code 15 problem with my SCT chip and can pull codes when it's removed.
