yes vac would cause that... give us a vid. and then get a vac guage and see how its vac is

how do i test the vac? im pretty sure i have a vacuum gage but i have no idea how to work the thing. lol.

Yep....it's a vacuum problem. You have a vacuum loss when the piston goes through the exhaust-to-intake cycle there.......caused by the aftermarket cam you have installed there.

sounds like someone put a biger cam in there. idle seems set to low and it may have a small vaccume leak as it seems to be surging. it lopes good but you can hear the idle pickup for a few seconds than flutter at the end. a lope is erratic like you have but engine speed doesnt change, just the eratic sound.

sounds like the same damn cam every mustang owner feels the need to install. the old e303.
