Biggest SBF i have ever built.
finalising my build list for the most powerful sbf i have ever built.
427.58 CI short stroke SBF (around 8.2 compression)
dart 9.5 inch block 4.125 bore
scat 4 inch crank
forged H beam rods
Custom 4.125 probe pistons
CHI 258cc 3v heads, ported and polished to the max, 600 lb springs good to .780 inches lift. ( machined to mate to a windsor block)
CHI 3v intake (desighned to mate 3v heads to a 9.5 inch deck windsor block) ported out
Custom cut camshaft, iam looking for nasty boost friendly .640-.680 lift camshaft.
1 7/8 inch LT headers.
7 quart oil pan
ARP 1/2 inch head stud kit
5/8 inch main girdle with ARP studs
windage tray
lifter stud girdles
ARP main studs
7100rpm engine limiter
Procharger F-1R pullied to spin 67,200 rpm@7000 rpm ( supercharger will produce 1920 CFM flow at 7000rpm engine speed.)
Biggest intercooler i can in the front of my car
Methanol injection
Pojected engine build time is 2 years, the block arrived at my house last week, and is at the machine shop.

With boost, that thing will be an absolute ginormous BEAST!!! CHI heads on a 427 with a centri....It will be a very rare occasion indeed when you find a car faster than yours!!

Don't order the springs from CHI. They'll have to match the camshaft. The cam will probably be larger than you're thinking. No need for a main girdle on the Dart block. Definately more header. I used more on my 8.2" deck blower combo. I'd order a different brand piston. I'd go with something like a CP or Diamond where you can better piston design.
You went with the 2.75" main, right?
