Default think i found my problem... right??

i am having trouble on my idle ir really goes down like to 500-600 when normaly was going in 750-900 thanks to my lopey cam, so i take the computer out and find outi have a A9P anybody knows if its the original?i thought my car should have the A9L anyways i open itand when i took the cover of it, it seems like i blue little cylinder is burnt, can this be causin' my problems???
