well, it has a shorter duration cam and the gt40p heads require specific headers due to sprak plug angle, but for $50 its a good deal. What year is it from?
I beleive its the same block but the rotating assembly and top end is tweaked for more torque than hp.

found it laying in a truck bed like right up front on the junkyard ...guy said it was sitting there for a year and he said $50 and you take the whole motor..i said load the b*tch up
