Ford 5.0 = 302 C.I.
Chevy 5.0 = 305 C.I
LOL Mine got stuck in 3rdgear. if you keep grinding it you'll break a shift fork thats what i did. get a short shifter i got a tri-ax havent had any problems yet, been powershifting like a motherfu**er

lol . stuck in gear o ya came damn close to that when was done that nightput it in 1rst and then went to take it out and didnt wanna budge had to hit shifter hard and then got it out . and i can tell its time for a new tranny .so what do you guys think i could run with good tranny . think could get in 14's

and ok 1 more thing since last night i have 1 hell of a vibration now when im getting on it . buddie told me he thought twisted drive shaft or something but i told him he is stupid cause car is stock and there is no fckn way . but could it be universal's or is that vibration in the tranny also .

you arnt supposed to burn street tires it makes them hard not tacky cause of the compound they are made of just spin it of like a quick bump over and dont launch it as hard cause you will spin since you dont have the suspension

its doable... i ran 14.7 on a COMPLEETLY stock 5.0, stock air silencer, stock catback, stock shifter, etc.

if you barly lost to a 2002 camaro it was a v6. a standard v8 camaro makes 310 hp, 85 more than your car does. (325 for the ss)

sure your car weighs less but only by about 200 lbs.

a non ss 2002 camaro runs 14.08, a ss runs 13.9's. a v6 with 215hp runs 15.4's.
