Default 1994 gt help please

1994 gt 5.0l 5sp vortech sc at 8lbs. car runs great without sc,then when i put it on i keep blowing headgaskets. the first two set went when it got hot, the third went today sitting on the dyno just spinnin the wheels up a little, havent even done any pulls. what would be the cause of this??? AFM tells me that it is due to the stock e7 heads having to small deck thickness to handle a sc, but i cant see that being the case. there is countless other sn95s out there running with stock heads and a s/c.

invest in some cometic gaskets and stop being cheap.... its costing you more money to replace them 5-6 times then just buying the right ones in the first place

i have not been cheap on this car at all to get that out of the way. and even if i was to get cometic or some mls or other brand there is still a legitamate problem that needs to be corrected that i cannot figure out on my own. if i am having problems with the diffferent gaskets i have been using who is to say that by using a different gasket would fix this problem. i have been down that road for the third time and hasnt worked.

im gonna bet on an uneven deck surface on the block...

did you get it machined when you changed the first set out?

I would bet on a warped head or uneven surface like adder says, i had a friend kept blowing em on his truck till the third time he measured out the deck and head and everything and the head was all uneven.

i had the heads milled .003" made them flat and i checked them again before install for flatness and being level, and the block was flat and did not need to be decked.

Well if you are using quality head gaskets, and the surfaces are flat as you say they are, then the only other thing I can think of is, are you using the correct torque and pattern when torquing down the heads? I would hope that you are not using the stock head bolts.
