Default washed car..wont start..

my friend was just washing his car and now it wont start..what could it be?!

The car wont even turn over

To tell you the truth man i dont know what he did, he said just washed the outside of the car and went in it to turn it on and it wont even cut on. I'm nowhere near the car to check it out, im just going buy what he told me

yeah i know, but if he just washed the outside of the car, a simple little rinse car then wash it and rinse off and dry. Could it do anything to not start it?

Tell him to open the hood and wiggle the connections on the battery. Other than that we would need some more info.
