Default cam

i am going to assume yes, but when replacing the cam with say an e303 or b303 would it be wise to replace the cam bearings? If so you would have to yank out the engine correct?

How many miles on the car? Unless it's ungodly high, it should be alright. That's a pain in the butt job for just a cam swap. You have other mods, right?

engine has 120k on it or so. It's an 85 carbed other then exhaust and a edlebrock carb, stock

Don't waste your time/money on a cam then. You're not going to see it's potential until the engine can breathe (heads and intake). Do those first
