31 - EVP circuit below minimum voltage (KOEO, KOER,continuous code)

67 - Clutch switch circuit failure (continuos code)
- Nuetral Drive Switch circuit open, a/c input high (KOEO, KOER)

The EVP is the little white piece on the EGR valve. Check it for corrosion.

If you havent yet, pick up an 89-93 Chiltons. Theres a list of codes on 4-37 and 4-38.

or simply go to http://fordfuelinjection.com/?p=14

For 31...do you have the EVP disconnected? ..... EGR is still in place?

For 67....was the tranny in gear when you ran the KOEO?....if yes, put it in neutral and rerun the test....if no, push the clutch pedal and leave it pressed while a KOEO is run.

As long as you apply vacuum to the valve and it opens and closes when released, the valve is OK....the problem would be a bad EVP sensor, or an open in the EVP wire to the computer....you would have to check the voltage by probing the EVP signal wire, using the SIGRTN wire as your ground reference with the ign on (same as you would do with the TPS)....if the reading is below .24 vdc....check the VREF wire, if the reading is 4-6 vdc....the EVP is kaput.

IGN is short for ignition.
