Rubber things in heads?
So im taking apart my heads to be cleaned and painted, and there are these rubber boot like things that go on the valve stems inside of the valve springs, they look like they would keep oil out of the valve guides? What do they do? How important are they? And can i buy them? mine are falling right apart.....

Not valve seats, these are like actual rubber boots up top inside of the valve springs, looks like they keep oil from going into the ports or something.
