1994 cobra computer

I have a 94 cobra that doesnt run just right the my mechanic has checked everything. He now thinks the computer could be bad. If it is there is one on ebay but it is for a 93 cobra, which is the same engine but i dont know for sure. Is there any place i can send it to get it rebuilt? The computer that is

no, the computer will not work. you need a J4J1 ECM, the 93 uses a X3Z?
