Default Temp. sensor

well my wifes 95 GT is having problems running warmer than normal. So I have found out that the fan does not cut on when it is suppose to....
after checking the fan to make sure it works, i have narrowed it down to the temp sensor. So I picked up a new sensor....
one problem, where in the world does it go? i cant find it, any help here would be very usefull..

thanks mike.

its just to the left of the distributor. its threaded into a coolant pipe for the heater core. its facing directly straight back, the wiring harness faces the radiator.
