Default Running hot time to upgrade radiator

after i upgraded my engine I noticed that my car was running a little hot. I have an electric fan and the stock radiator. I am guessing its time to upgrade the radiator to an aluminum one. does anyone have a recommendation? I would like something affordable under $300 would be great. anyone got some deals?

its brand new. i'm thinking maybe my head gasket might be a lil worn out. I had a situation when I was putting the engine in and I think its comming back to haunt me now. no water in the oil though, at least not yet.

Flush the system real good, might just need a cleaning.

Get a Police Package rad. I had a similar problem after I raised my compression. Cop rad FTW, runs cool as a cucumber evenon the hottest days with a 192 t_stat.
