spec stage 1 installed
just letting you all know that i just got done putting a Spec stage 1 clutch in my car after i blew the tranny cracked the input bearing retainer and screwed up the pilot bearing, and all i have to say is its an awesome clutch. It has a very light pedal being that it is a stage 1 but its capable of holding 410 ft lbs of torque which is more than enough for me. So i would recommend spec to everyone who needs a great clutch with lots of different torque capacities[sm=icon_rock.gif]

Cool man, someone else also recommended them.
Now, if you recommend a good place to get a decent transmission jack for cheap, please fill me in. Come on, you must have one, let me know where you got it!

"lol i put the tranny in on the the floor of my garage with my buddy"
LOL, you sound like me, I would find a ghetto way of doing it if I don't feel like spending the money on the appropriate tool, lol. Oh well, guess that's what I'm doing!
I was actually thinking about draining the fluid, then lowering it a little with a floor jack to get to the bolts, un hook that, and between two or three people, keep it balancing on that floor jack to lower it on a board or something, maybe something with wheels, and then rolling it out from under the car, lol.

you should have seen the rig I had putting my trans. in. I had each wheel of the car sitting on truck rims and pieces of wood to get it off the ground. It was still safe (i know it dont sound like it), I had it braced good.
