Default rpm at wot problem!

My rpm at WOT does not increase smoothly. Its smooth into about 4,000 rpm and then it looks like the rpm slightly slows down and then speeds up and then slows down again..like it hesitates a little... but i cant feel it, i just see it. What could be the problem?

If you feel the car accelerating smoothly and the tach is fluxuating, it's prolly the tach or wiring related to it. If the rpm changed enough for you to see it on the tach, you'd feel it

It could also be ignition related since that's where the tach gets signal from, but I'm not an expert in that area

Mine is behind, as well as others im assuming behine also, but yeah there off a good bit sometimes almost 400, but it changes on different days i guess, just like every other gauge, wanter temp, and oil pressure thay all just suck, IMO[&:]
