I would check to see there is power and ground at the pump connection on the tank. If you have that, either the pump is bad or the connection to it inside the tank.

Man I am so sick of dropping that tank. It is slap full of gas because I just filled it up. I swear when it rains, it pours. On top of that It's out in the open because I can't get it back to my storage or anywhere I can work on it. I'll have to work on it out in the open and take a chance on the Home owners association say something to me about it.

I can reach them to a point. I just can't get the test light all the way up to the plug at the pump.

Even if you can get to the wires close enough to the tank to test, you can still see if you hae power and ground. If you have it, you'll still be dropping the tank regaurdless.

So I guess when I turn the ignition on I sould have one of the two wires at the pump light up, right. If neither light up then where do you suggest I look?

just 2 wires, 1 power, 1 ground. The power is only going to energize for 2 seconds through the relay. Test light on battery positive to the ground the light should remain lit if the ground is ok. If there is a problem on either wire, you'll have to manually trace the harness to find the problem.

Ok PRO, check this out. I couldn't take the waiting. I took my flash light out there and checked the wires. Here's what I found. Test light on power wire, I have it light up on one side of the plug, but not the other. Test light on the groundand it doesn't light up on either wire. I then looked at the wires inside the car. It was a pink, yellow, and two black wires. Test light on power the two black wires only will light up the test light. The test light on ground and none of the wires light the test light. So is it maybe a wire problem and not a pump proble?
