Default 345 hp 5.0 motor or 347 stroker???

so i replaced my harmonic balancer thinking it would stop my vibration in the car and it did absolutely nothing so i had a friend who's a ford mechanic come check it out and it seems at 1400-1500 rpms my crankshaft is bangin around back n forth in my lower end aswell as higher rpms... either i wanted to get a crate motor or go for a rebuild n bore it out to a 347 n get a stroker kit... how much more expensive will it be to do a stroker? or would it just be a better idea to buy a brand new 302 n vortech it? thanks guys

do a 331 stroker, if you do the work your self it could be done for under $1,500

yea i figured my thrust bearings are shot... another thing that made me think that was the oil bleeding a little around the main seal

that is what I meant. i know you wouldnt be able to do the machine work yourself. when Ipriced mine it was about $1,375 for everything including machine work/parts/gaskets/assembly lube etc:
