Default S/D timing

is it ok to bump the timing on a 88 speed density stang to about 13*. if so will i make the engine and exhaust sound aswell as perform better?

im not really afraid of it, im just not that fimiliar with a SD car. but i just want to be safe, i dont want to do anything i might regert. thanks for the quick reply

ohh but if i do this will it change and performance or sound to the vehicle, like i just want to make sureit worth me buying a timing light to make the changes. i just have headers O/R h pipe, cat back exhaust, msd cap n rotor, taylor wires and a fender CAI

you can pick up HP by properly setting your timing.

SD owns... even my Cobra runs on SD

na man im not saying you... its just common that ppl get misconceptions about SD and are scared to touch it.

yea dude, its worth buying the timing light, even for future use of it, their cheap n e way.
