Default Best Shifters?

I wasnt sure what shifter to get, the Pro 5.0 or the B&M Pro Ripper Shifter? Which one is better? I heard the Pro 5.0 is untouchable but i also heard that the B&M was pretty good. Which one is smoother when ur ripping threw those gears?

The ripper is real short, my buddy has it in his 89 LX. I personally dont like it, but it does shift quick.

I have the Pro 5.0 short throw on my 89 Lx and personally love it. Very smooth, and quick, clicks in great but a little stiffer than stock throw so u can realy hammer on it and not worry about anything. I have tried the new Tri Axle Steeda short throw and its one of the smoothest, shortest, throws i have ever tried!!! But it is too short! Go with 5.0 n get a good *** with it. you will be happy your hand ain't slipin off and hitti n you in the face going from 1st to 2nd

I've got the B&M Ripper Shifter, and I really like it. It has a really short and accurate throw, and the gate springs are really good. It takes a while to get used to the throw reduction from stock, but after that, it's really smooth shifting
