302, 400hp???

Default 302, 400hp???

Ok i have a 302, i wont to push 400 to 450 hp. I wont to put on heads stage 2 camm cold air intake, 70 mm throtlebody, 2.5 of road h pipes (flow masters) and a intakemanafold. Do you think i can get at least 400 hp out of this, i know how much its going to cost, plz give me some advise on this ty.

450 HP with that combo? Not even close. If you get a set of kick *** heads, a good aggressive camshaft, a good intake, and full exhaust, and the fuel pump / injectors to match,then you can get in the 350ish area, but you're still 100 short. As far as cost, you're looking at a few thousand dollars (at least.)

A cheaper method is something like a semi-decent H/C/I and a 125 shot of nitrous, or a supercharger / turbocharger with nitrous, but that's still pricey.

ty, yea i wont my car to be naturally aspirated, do u think if i was to board it .30 over i can get that extra 100?

boring doesnt get that much, raise the compression then youll see something. Just dont go to high if you want to run pump gas.
