Okey, i recently added magnaflow cat back and a h-pipe to my 5.0. "headers on order bbk shortys... nowfor the intake side of my enjne i only have the stock air box with the air silencer remover and added a K+N fliter to it. Now some friends are telling me im starving the motor of air flow because of my stock air box and that i should buy a cold air intake with a big filter. Is this true will i gain to put this kit on.or should i spend my $ else where? thanks for the relpys there appriciated..... 3.73 gears comming soon!

 

It isnt doing much, main reason id get a whole cold air intake is just because it takes up less space. If your going to get one thing for your engine get heads. Heads and Gears make the biggest difference and most for your money outside a power adder.

 

ya the gears are what everyone is saying.. ill have to say next buy is gears!

 

yep gears are the best thing you can do it will feel like a whole diff car

 

The headers w/ the exhaust combo will give you some too, but like everyone said, headers and gears!
