Default Lifting the tires

Im curious how easliy can the front tires lift on the ground from the line. Does a stock engine have the power to do it. How many of u guys can do it.

well lifting the tires is kool and all but the point is to go forward not up.....

as for your question though, from what i have heard, weight reduction, good weight transfer, increase better suspension, nice sticky tires and disconnect the front sway bar a stock 5.0 should be able to do it or come close. but thats not what i would try for. (lifting tires)

i was just wondering. i have always wanted to be able to lift the front end .i know u dont want to. u want to squat and go.

Youll need more than just a few horses. You need better control arms, bushings, the right springs, and weight transfer as mentioned (no sway bar, battery in the trunk for example). Slicks. More torque. And practice.

Sub connectors help to.

it would have to beabout 375-400 hpsteepgears, lots and lots of suspension super sticky tires and as mentioned above, weight reduction

i dont think you need that much ponies.....there is someone on this forum that can do it and he hardly has any mods to his motor. we've had this conversation before, you can almost do it stock
