yea im gettin out there sometime soon..

and i ordered an adjustable cable and a quad from summit, and they sent me just a quad... only charged me for the quad tho... and i overnighted it because its my DD so im gonna have to make this work

ill buy a new adj. cable next paycheck

FYI - adjustable cables suck a mean one; and my "OE factory replacement" cable was, in fact, adjustable. Gotta get under the car every time you want to tune the clutch... When you're lowered, that's a real pain.

I paid $99 (shipped) for my Steeda quadrant, firewall adjuster, and cable from Brenspeed. Outside of the nightmare you had getting that quadrant on, I'd say send it all back and get the kit I got. I'm very happy with it.

the stock ford cable is hard to beat...has very little stretch..unlike most of the aftermarket one..

na cant send it back, i have to be able to drive this car by tomorrow morning... andyea ill just make the stock cable work for now... and then get a firewall adjuster/or cable very soon

keep the cable...and order a UPR adjuster...
should have told me you needed a cable kit as I have them
