Just a few things to add.
First, I don't like the two pretty big chips on the pulley. I don't care what he says, that's not a good thing. It may not cause any major problems and may not cause problems at all. But I wouldn't be comfoprtable with it. The guy who took it off obviously had no clue what he was doing and damaged i pretty badly in the process. Who knows what else he did to it that he's not mentioning. Two people combined put just over 6,000 miles on it. There must be some reason that two people both decided to get rid of it after such a short period of time. I'm just a bit skeptical about it.
Also, unless I'm mising it, I don't see an FMU or a fuel pump there. Assuming you have 19# injectors, you are at least going to need the FMU. It's better to get larger injectors and a fuel pump, but at least get the FMU. Factor is some extra money for that. Also, plan on getting a new MAF as well. We have great MAFs, but with forced induction, it doesn't take much to peg the meter. I was pegging mine at around 4,000 RPM and it wasn't even making full boost for a couple thousand more.
It could be a good deal, but I'm just not comfortable with it. Call it the eBay factor, but I trust very few people on there. I'd want to know why he was getting rid of it so soon, and why the other guy got rid of it so soon. And how they could be so stupid as to use a prybar to get it off. That would probably explain how he was able to take it off in 45 min though.

If you get gears and a 100 shot of nitrous, you'll definitely feel the difference and you'll love it. Especially with those drag radials and control arms you have. As far as guessing the time, I'd have no idea. It will depend on what type of kit you get and how early you start spraying, and quite a few other factors.
