Default Little Horse Power

I purchased a 1994 Mustang GT and everything looks like it is running correctly. Hooked the engine up to the diagnostics machine at the dealership and everything looks to be running in normal paramaters. However, the stock car has vary little horse power. Any suggestions as to where I should focus my effort if the engine is fine? Thank you.

By "little horsepower", I mean something is wrong other than the engine. Typically, if you throttle a 5.0, it should peal out down the road. I think I have a V6 van that feels like it has more horsepower than my V8. Any suggestions?

No changes and I am not sure what the fuel pressure was, but a mechanic checked it and said it was OK.

Check for leaky or clogged fuel injectors.
If you've got the oem cats it's entirely possible that they've gone bad.
When was the last time you replaced the O2 sensors?
Last time you cleaned the K&N?
