ok the upper control arms were time consuming but still very doable. the lower control arms were a pain in the ***. i got a set of mega bite lowers so there are a couple more steps when installing these over a set of regular aftermarket because the mega bites have small metal housings that must be installed prior to control arm installation. that was not a major problem though, getting the axle prepped was time consuming, reaching for bolts in odd locations and trying to loosen them is what makes this job hard. in my case i had to unbolt the mufflers to get the nut on the inside of the front part of the lower control arm. try to imagine where the mufflers sit, so that took a little while. actually installing the lowers took quite a bit of energy, tapping and grease and more tapping to get holes aligned. it might just be me, but this project was on the difficult side. uppers though are not hard, you just need to get yourself in a good position with a good set of wrenchs and ratchets to do this right... dont forget the WD40 and bandaids...

PM me for exact details and stuff on the install, i can take pics for you too... good luck.

If you have all the tools and access to a lift you can do in a couple of hours. When I replaced all my bushings in the rear control arms.I had access to a lift and took a couple of hours to get done.On the ground I would say about 2-3 hours.

uppers arent as bad as the lowers if you ask me. Just put a jack under the rear end and take take the bolts out and change them one at a time, thats how I did it. I had to take my exhaust loose, one of the tailpipes was too close to a bolt or something, its been a while since I did it. But we all know control arms are a pain in the ***!
