hey guys today when i was driving i noticed that all of a sudden there was a sound coming from what seems to be my transmission... it is a hard sound to describe but it kinda sounds like there is a flat tire underneath my car... you can feel it on the floorboards and the tranny seemed really hot.... please help

 

it's a 94 gt 5 speed

 

Need more info, auto or manual? do you have any mods on the car?

 

it's manual and i have an h pipe flow cat back it's lowered new shocks struts springs and that's it

 

when was the last time you checked your trans fluid, diff fluid, U-joints.. etc

 

i was thinkin bout that last night but i couldn't find the trans fluid dipstick anywhere where is it located

 

that would be because it doesnt have one.

 

well u said to check the fluid.... is there anything else that might be wrong

 

like I said, tranny could be low, differential could be low... you could have a bad U-joint

 

where do i check the tranny fluid at is it underneath the car?
