there is no way you can run that class, carbs are prohibited. its efi only (street intakes)
1.18a) CAMSHAFT: Stock lobe 5.0 HO or 4.6L camshaft required. Specified duration, lift, and lobe separation required
5.0 HO: Camshaft maximum lobe lift is .278”; Minimum lobe lift is .270. Maximum valve lift at the retainer not to exceed .480”.
Lobe duration is checked at the below specified lobe lifts.

.100” 179
.150” 148
.200” 115
Maximum lobe separation angle – 117 degrees
Minimum lobe separation angle – 115 degrees

oops my mistake. I looked at it again and its pure street.
here are the rules. And carbs are legal. i just find it hard to believe that i would have to add 15lbs per cubic in. It sounds logical but thats steep. I might just run my 306 for that class. I have another mustang
Maximum Cubic Inch – 313 ci
AOD combinations may deduct 100 lbs.
Carburetor applications – add 75 lbs. to base weight. See section 1.19
TFS Twisted Wedge cylinder heads – add 50 lbs. to base weight. See section 1.17
Sullivan 4V manifolds – add 100 lbs. to base weight. See section 1.21
Note: 15 lbs/cu in penalty applies for cubic inches over base weight break. Maximum cubic inch still applies.
Note: All weights are with driver at conclusion of run at scale area.
