do it!!!!!!!!! plenty of cubes, the heads are basically 2 bbl C heads which outflow stock windsor heads easily, and it would be something different!!!!!

i have a mild flat tappet 351m/400 cam that was cleaned up at work and wrapped in plastic. i think its like .465 or something. its used, and you would need new lifters but its free if you want it

anything you could do to a 302. dont let the fact that its an odd ball scare ya - parts are available and with a mild cam, decent intake, something like a 650 4 bbl and some long tube headers you'll be tearing *** in that damn thing

well intake?? what would be a great free flowing intake for a 400m? this is what i think will be hard the research. like not many people on here have the 400m i think, so feedback is what i need. and long tubes are a for sure, but what long tubes a set for a 351 in a fox box? will those work? like a 1 3/4 or 17/8?

im pretty sure there are 351C swap headers available for the foxes, those should work just fine.

edelbrock #2171 is a performer 4bbl intake, idle-5500...... cant find a performer RPM which would be better.
weiand #8010 is a action +plus intake, idle-6000...... this is definately the intake to go with.

add that cam i offered you for free, and a decent 4bbl carb. like i said before a 650 would be excellent. plenty of oomph with out being too damn big.

all "M" heads are "2 bbl" heads, which outflow the GT-40 heads[8D]
