Just got my new MT Et's put on today....255/50r16.... what doof you guys find a good psi is for the street. The car is not a daily driver. Thanks.

32 psi on the street.... any lower and you will blow them to pieces

drop to 18 when you wanna race

thanks, that's what their at now....I guessed right. These tires are extremely soft I had BFG's dr's before, these MT's are like big marshmellows........

are you serious? ...i've been running around with 22psi since i got the BFGs.

30 on the street, start at 15 at the track then go a little up or down depending on how you hook.



also where are you located in canada?

Could i run mt slics without tubes even if it is recomended?, my rim has bead locks.

I've run slicks with out tubes as do many people. Just make sure you mark the tire and rim to make sure your not spinning therim in the tire.

thanks, now i just got to hope my new ones dont catch my inner wheel well like the old ones. I was running 28 x 10.5 10 inch tread 11.7 section width , i am hoping 26 x 10 would solve it. 11 section width and 9.6 tread.

Winnipeg, I see your from Saskatoon, we're practically neighbors! The tires look really crazy on the car, but I can see them picking up alot of stuff off the street with that soft rubber......oh well who cares it's a drag radial. Traction vs. tread life, for me traction always wins that battle.
