what headers?what muffler....
i got 250 bucks to spend whats the best mod i canb do for my car? i ran it yesterday with no mufflers it sounded like i want but just too damn loud. im worried flows will be too soft for me, i have a flo on my 4 banger but i also have no cat and my gt has the stock h pipe. i dont want to do a complete exaust on my car either just maybe headers and mufflers. want to get better heads but i have a 86 so im not sure if i can used my other 302 heads or not
any 2.5" exhaust will make about a 15-20hp increase

i would get some bbk headers, pretty cheap on ebay, if you can get an off road H-pipe, also pretty cheap then flows would sound good

It makes a soft smooth tone at idle and has just enough backpressure for a 302-347 that will not hurt anything.
Sound is awesome, not crappy, not soft. Just right
Medium -to harsh at WOT[8D]

what size is the stock exaust pipes, i thought it was already 2 1/4 or 1/2?
when i took my muflers off earlier my car felt slower, why is that?
will 87 heads fit on a 86 motor?
