follow instructions they come with. or download them from msd's webpage. the instruction packet has a complete listing of how to's depending on what distributor you are using whether itbe stock or a msd one. and keep the box away from engine bay heat the best you can.

get the tfi harness, it plugs into your coil and allows easy install, check any mustang supplier

on advantage is it produces a hotter spark than stock ignition and less likely to break down during higher rpm's disadvantage ?? I've never had any problem with mine other than I've had to replace the box once or twice because it burned out but then again I run the crap out of the car and race it AT THE TRACK

www.msdignition.com if you get a msd box get a 6al for non boosted applications and it comes with the rev limiter chips well used expecially if you miss a shift.

It will perform better and last longer if you mount it in the passenger compartment rather than under the hood.

He is right. I just put a 6a digital on my car and the box fried one month after install. It was correctly installed. It's VERY easy to install. Anyone can do it if they know what colors are. Basically, if you have higher compression/resistance in the combustion chamber, msd is worth it. If you have a stock car, it really won't do ****.

I have a supercharger Vortex with 6psi but using ignition stock someone recommend a MSD Box so I will try it and thanks
