Update** Dash is out, now what?
Allright the dash is now out and i checked the vaccuum motor that moves the vents and it works well, how do i check for vaccuum on the yellow line thats connected to it and if that has no vaccuum what can i do to fix it?

RE: Dash
dude you have to take the cluster bezel off, pull the instruments, pull the speakers out, pull off all trim pieces below the dash, pull the defrost cover off, take out like 12 screws/bolts and then you can get it off, oh yeah dont forget the 4 or 6 bolts that hold the steering column up, you have to take them out to and lay the steering column down, use the search youll find pics of my heater core install and dash replacement

RE: Dash
They're vaccum operated motors that change the flow /direction of air in the air box you'll need to verify you have vaccum to the motors and check and see if any lines are disconnected and or any ruptured diaphrams in the motors once you have the air box where you can work on it/test everything. also check for any binding doors.
