Default Mass Air Sensor ???

i need to buy i new mass air sensor, apparently mine went bad, any suggestions on brand, any pro and cons to a plastic or steel one?

Remove the black sensor on it and clean the wire. youll need a secirity torx bit, dont know the size. Use a cleaner safe for electronics. Be careful with the wire, it tiny. See if it solves whatever problem youre having. If not, then buy a new MAF.

its at a shop now actaully, they said it needs one, i need to upgrade anyways for future mods so i wanted to get a nice aftermarket one either way...any suggestions?

I have a Granatelli 75mm MAF and haven't had any problems with it.

i started using the vmas by pro m which the company pro-m has now changed names but is still the same folks. its been the best by far for performance and driveability. idles much smoother and doesnt act up from time to time like alot of others. you can check them out at andersonfordracing.com

Get a used one from a 1994 - 1995 Mustang. It's 70mm compared to your stock 55mm and they're dirt cheap. I just sold mine for $35 shipped.
