The tune does seem a little off, but I don't know what he did to tune it. That's why I was hoping to get a look at the tune itself. The A/F ratio runs a little rich and gets worse as the RPMs rise, which could account for some of the problems. But I'm curious why it is doing that. That could account for some ponies right there.

i can ask for the tune but i dunno if he'll freely give it up... how does it need to be... like umm... i guess what format u want

If he will give it to you, you want it as a .bin file. I would hope that he would be willing to give you the file considering how much you paid him for it. Unless he took some serious shortcuts and doesn't want you to find out
