Default Acceleration problems..

When I first start my must-tang it seems to drive fine but I noticed lastnight after it warmed up a little it started jerking around kind of like when you start off in second at a complete stop and don't accelerate enough before letting off the clutch but 10 times worse...But stopped jerking me off but, when I got further into town and started off in first it started going fine and really started jerking around but when I hit the clutch and held it then hit the accelerator it would have no problem reving with the engine in nuetrual...A couple times I would run to a friends and it would seem to not want to start as if it didn't have gas but after taking the cap off and trying to fill it, it would start fine...As if it needed gas but it already had gas in it.

Anyone have any idea of what this problem could be?

Fuel filter maybe? Or the clutch cable expanding as it gets hot?

Is it while letting out the clutch, or after it has been fully engaged?

While letting off and totally off of the clutch but, when fully engaged it's fine.

Ok, when the clutch is held down it doesn't happen, when I let off the clutch it jerks around alot and bogs down while driving in gear.
