Read the Muscle Car and fast fords magazine 91. They show you 5.0's there like crazy racing and they show you times they make and at what mph.

i personally dont like pedals, i had some and ripped them out because if you get ANY water on ur feet you get no grip on the pedals at all. its horrible.

I had a '88 notch back in 99 that ran 12 flat. No power adder! I started with a 306, ported gt-40 heads, lunati cam, 1.6 rollers, cartech breadbox intake, fms 65mm t/b, c&l 73mm mas, march ram air and pullies, 24 lb. injectors, adj. fuel reg, & a 190 lb. fuel pump 1 3/4 headers, 2 1/2 o/r h-pipe, 2 chamber flows. 3:73's, & FMS clutch. Mikey tom. drag slicks. Sound deading removed, heat & a/c unit removed. Vechicle weight w/o driver 2748. Total cash of all work $5400, a friend of mine and myself did all the work.
