Trottle body size...?
the company plays a big part, we orderd 2 bbk throttle bodies and both of them were pooly machined and i had to go back and smoothin out all the rough edges they left. it may not seem like much but its the little things like that in the end that play a big part
the same thing happened with my bbk headers... the welds around the ports needed to be opened more.... nothin a dremel couldn't fix
lol ..... and i didn't get cats on my h pipe and i noticed a lil increase in torque and hp.... plus she rumbles more w/out the cats

damn straight i had to do that to my headers too. it wasnt a hard fix but i guess i just expected better quality from them. Yeah thats true it does sound alot meaner with out all those cats. But just running a straight pipe idk about that
Yea, as stated earlier, the 75mm is gonna be way too large, 65mm would suit you just fine, and a 70mm would be good down the road.
60mm - stock
65mm - good for stock to lightly moded cars
70mm - good for mildly moded cars with h/c/i work, or a stock car with some type of F/I
75mm - good for highly moded cars running with strokers and or aggressive cam setups, or some type of F/I

i'd do the 65mm throttle body(or 70 depending on what u plan on adding to the motor) and dude don't even bother getting the bbk h pipe.... just get the summit one, it's cheaper and it's pretty much the same thing... all it is is metal tubing so it doesn't really matter
