I've heard that the a/c will cycle off under wot. Not sure what controlls this, or if it is a fact for sure.

You are correct. there is a wot cut out switch so the car gets all power under that condition. It's normal.

i am not at wot, im just at cruising speed. its like anytime i get over 1,000rpm my a/c cuts out, and it will only come back on if i let of the gas or am at a stop. but at a stop, if i rev the engine up, the a/c still works

it just started doing this today. Last night however, i started leaking what i thought was water, but i couldn't tell what it was coming from. it was in from behind the engine bay but on the passenger side...maybe this will help

That leak is normal, just a byproduct of a/c operation. Is your condensor in front of the radiator full of bugs and dirt and sh8t? maybe cutting out on high limit

im not positive if the leak is from the condenser, as i run almost straight water through my radiator. I was also not even using my a/c at the time, so i think there wouldn't be any condensation. The front of the radiator is completely free
