Try driving with the A/C off, then park the car and check to see if there is still condensation coming from the passenger side of the engine, near the firewall. There should not be. That would be a good way to troubleshoot this. I used to live in AZ also and it is possible you never noticed the water is because it is so hot and dry there that the water evaporates too quickly for anyone to notice. Just my theory here.

You can adjust your cycling switch if it is cutting off too soon but you need to have a set of guages and know what your doing also check if your lines are freezing.

i am not at wot, im just at cruising speed. its like anytime i get over 1,000rpm my a/c cuts out, and it will only come back on if i let of the gas or am at a stop. but at a stop, if i rev the engine up, the a/c still works
The compressor is most likey short cycling do to low freon. You need to have it checked.
