I'd try cleaning off the cable and throttle body with carb cleaner.

lol lack of english class too...anyway you better lube it up soon because it might get stuck wide open, like mine did, thats why i did mine...but yea see if you can just spray some wd-40 or pb blaster on the spring and throttle body spring first..
