Default rear end question

ok i got my gears, my bearing kit, and im gonna get axels with c clip eliminators, and my posi, and gear lube, and additive, is there ANYTHING else i need? the guy said something about something so the bearings dont fall out??? any help guys, thanks!

Where did u get the bearing kit?. As far as the gears go, you should be set if u got a bearing kit with gear oil. I got mine at GEARSRUS.COM.

think thats about it... i put a little bit of tephlon tape on my drain plug, but then again i like to do that on all my things... makes for no leaks, other then that, i would say your coverd... im sure you will be satisfied...

the c-clip eliminators use a different kind of bearing which is held in place on the axle with a pressed on retainer ring which should be shipped with the kit. you can get them if needed at the shop where you take the axles to get the bearings installed on them.

Does your kit come with axle seals? If not, I would pick up a set of those too.
