My buddy just done this with his 94 GT with the stock Pistons he had no issues with the clearance.
i also know a kid who put it on his '95 GT and he had no PTV issues, he did however have other issues.

I also have a 94Gt and I have installed TFS Heads, Cam, Valve covers and I had no problem with stock block and pistons.
If in doubt it is good to ask, just too many kids that want to put in their .2cents and do not know what you are talking about.
You should have no cleareance problems.

I dont know if the pistons are flycut the same on the foxes as they are on the 94-95s but i installed TFS heads, and a stage 2 cam, .543/.562 lift on my 87 and it was pretty close so i retarded the cam back 2* and it was fine there. You should have no clearance issues with it. Oh, and as far as the F cam on one with TFS heads you should be fine also. Its only slightly bigger than the TFS stage 1.
