Ya its just that it would be hard to say that two seperate dynos from other sides of the United States made basicly exact numbers. The test was to proove that old tech can sometimes be better than new. The motor was tested with gt40 intake, and 24 lb/hr injectors, 65 mm throttle body, there headers and got 345 horsepower out of it. With the 625 carb and performer rpm intake made 25 more horsepower.

It's easier to tune a carb. They probably didn't spend much time tuning the fuel injection.
Not exactly sure what the plan is with 30lb injectors - I don't know if they'll be enough when the supercharger goes in or not. I hope they will. I'm willing to sacrafice a little power now to avoid duplicate purchases.
And I dread tuning the fuel curve. It sounds tedious and extremely time consuming.

I know when its done I can just dyno it but still I dont understand why you people dont beleave it could have 370 horspower. I have seen 5.0s with similar set ups running like 330-350 rwhp.

I will for sure post my numbers after the motor is broken in. That wont be for a few months at least thats for sure. That motor aint goin past 4 grand for at least 2-4 thousand miles. Anyone know of a safe break in number ???
