Now I am running cats and loosing power, but I think it sounds better...go the off road x/h pipe route...will sound better.

The x pipe should have holes for the o2s.
There is an exhaust thread to hear what it will sound like, I love how my x and flows sound.
You should get a gain in hp and throttle response,I am not sure how much though

Cat back is basically everything from the cats back...The mid pipe, the mufflers (flows, SLPs, or what ever you use, and all the way out to the tail pipes, which really do make the exhaust louder as well, I have 3 inch tail pipes
