rear shock or strut ceazed. need help!!!!!

rear shock or strut ceazed. need help!!!!!
today i put on my off road h pipe on a car lift and on the way home it seemed like a really stiff ride and wen i got home i looked at the rear of the car and the right side is sitting very high off of the wheel and doesnt have any suspension but the left side is normal. any thoughts????????????????

ok the car was lifted off of the ground to put the h pipe on and wen it was lowered the right side suspension never sagged it just sat strait up and doesnt go down. it is as stiff as a board too. but the left side is perfectly normal.
