Are these good enough for replacement hydra rollers? http://store.summitracing.com/partde...p;autoview=sku

There is no question that a stock cam '91 302 uses these, yes?

I dont see why you would need to spend $500 on a hydraulic roller setup.... the 91 block already accepts hydraulic roller...

Isn't a hydra roller cam and lifter set $400+ from Summit?

nevermind

plsirl you most likely dont need new roller lifters, the ones you have in your engine are probably just fine, if you are looking for added performance just buy a roller cam and slide it in there (harder to do then say) theres no point in wasting good earned money on something you may not need, 1st tear down your engine and check the condition of everything then buy what you need

Is that usually the case in a never-rebuilt '91? Roller lifters survive well? I was assuming one or more of the lifters would be damaged from the loss of oil pressure. I'm trying to get this all done next weekend, so I was trying to have the parts on hand as the local parts store (Napa, Pepboys, Autozone, Kragen) do not seem to carry these lifters in stock.

As always, thanks for the replies.

Currently I am working on one of the best power-adding mods of all: getting my stuck e-brake to disengage.[&:]
